WHY THIS DIRECTORY EXISTS

ADHD affects more than attention-it impacts executive functioning, emotional regulation, motivation, routines, relationshaships, confidence, and the ability to navigate daily life.

While medication may be helpful for some individuals, meaningful support often includes therapy, acedemic coaching, accommodations support, tutoring, nutritional guidance, and executive functioning strategies.
