ADHD Coaching for
College Students
WHO WE COACH
Coaching built for college, and only for college
We coach one group of people: college students. First-year students, returning students, and graduate students. That focus is on purpose. College has its own rhythm, its own deadlines, and its own kind of pressure. Coaching works better when your coach already understands that world.
First-Year Students
You just arrived, and nobody handed you a schedule. Classes meet twice a week. Assignments are due weeks from now. No one reminds you. We help you build the structure that high school used to provide.
Returning Students
Last semester did not go the way you planned. You are back, and you want this one to be different. We help you start again with a real plan.
Executive Function Coaching
The workload doubled and the deadlines moved further apart. We help you manage long projects, heavy reading, and research without falling behind.

We work with students who are…
- Looking at a pile of missing assignments and not sure where to start
- On academic probation after missed work or poor test results
- At risk of losing a scholarship
- Doing the reading, then freezing on the exam
- Always the smart kid in grade school, and now struggling to keep up
- Starting every semester strong, then losing momentum by week six
WHAT WE WORK ON
What coaching actually looks like
Getting Organized
One place for every deadline, every class, and every assignment. We set it up together, and we keep it current.
Catching Up on Missing Work
We list every missing assignment, put them in order, and build a realistic plan to submit them. Then we work the plan together.
Building a Semester System
Weekly planning, study blocks, and routines that still work in week ten, not only in week one.
Time and Task Management
Breaking large projects into steps. Learning how long things really take. Starting before the night before.
Study and Test Strategies
Study methods built for ADHD brains, and exam preparation that does not depend on an all-nighter.
Talking to Professors
What to say, when to say it, and how to ask for an extension or explain your situation.
Accountability Between Sessions
Short check-ins so the plan does not disappear the moment the session ends.
How it works

Coaching is not therapy or medication
